Pixel! Cancelled my physical switch preorder at eb games to buy this for $35 cheaper. Also my switch fan sounds like a jet engine after it was stood on so even better.

@Lup they are on sale for 20% off singularly and the collection. They don't often go on sale on ps or switch even when square enix sales are on.

@FarmDog08 I really thought when they announced the retail print run of pixel collection they would have at least announced a digital xbox version.

@TrevorP86 they don't know how to market, look at how they chose to release octopath traveler 1 and 2. Also they dont know how to push their ips. They had a game come out called triangle strategy iirc they could have just called it ff tactics and it would have sold more.

Just give up, the amount of missing third party games is insane.

Saw the trailer at a cinema and Cate Blanchett's character made me cringe hard. Jamie Lee Curtis turned One Piece down for this too.

Went to buy saints row 4 and gat out of hell and it wasn't on sale in my region (australia)

@Pastellioli I must mention however the 4 player matches on n64 were so fun but found they ruined it with live and reloaded

@Yousef- last time I played it I think I gave up at the bit with the terminator style boss with the rising water. The aiming is shocking.

@PsBoxSwitchOwner Phil is full of it. How hard can it be to get Final Fantasy pixel remaster on xbox? About to drop money on it since its available and on sale on everything except xbox.

@Yousef- it always felt lacking of gameplay to me. I don't think the whole interactive pad system really helped. I'd argue it feels like a cinematic game without much gameplay like the last of us.

As someone who had it when it first came out, it's really not worth going back to. It would have been so much better if it kept its humour but played more like Banjo Kazooie.

I loved this game, just hated the controls so I'll pick this up soon

@shoeses yeah I think they must have quit because they didn't make as much money as they hoped. Also, delisting bc games so soon too is bizarre like Indiana Jones and Armed & Dangerous. Waited to long for a sale and now I can't buy them. There's some bc stuff that I've never seen on sale like the force unleashed dlc. I could go on and on, main point is they started the program great and then gave up it seems.

Have the people who haven't played this but want to play it been waiting all this time for it to land on gamepass? I don't get it. Crash trilogy, Spiro trilogy and Tony hawks are all worth the money especially when they go on sale for pretty good prices.

I just wish the bc program was expanded more. Licencing problems sure but how hard can it be to get a game like south park tower defence to go to bc.

@GlasgowGuy I don't think I can be stuffed trying to chase up a 360 collection anymore thanks to that info you just gave me. It sounds like it would be a pain for 360 emulation in the future too to find all these files. Thanks for the explanation.

I'd love this since I don't have a pc right now and really want to play this. This is like the opposite of what Nintendo would do if it went ahead like when the guy who translated Mother 3 offered it to them.

@K1LLEGAL I'll probably bite the bullet and do it anyway, most 360 games I played back in the day I never updated anyway and they played fine.

@FraserG yeah I remember that article, thank you. There's not a whole lot I won't digital wise and some of the stuff I can't get like the Vader Soul Calibur 4 dlc. Also worried because I read somewhere that 360 game updates aren't updates but considered as an item on the store so when the store goes down so do the updates for disk games. Miss the days everything was on the disk and the game was complete.

If I buy xbox 360 stuff on web page store front (not on 360 console store) will I still be able to use the content when I eventually buy a 360 console? I don't want to drop money on stuff I can't use.

@kuu_nousee I was thinking the same thing then remembered I bought the delisted deadpool game many years ago and keen to play it again. Can't remember if it's good or not.

I've come to expect this sort of thing and am surprised when third party stuff (especially Japanese) comes to xbox. So close to jumping ship, sick of thinking one day ffvii remake will come, it's not.

When is the summer sale starting? Thought it was meant to start today.

I know this was just a rumour but so was xbox games coming to other platforms at one point. I have no confidence in this platform and feel like they could pull a Sega at any moment and leave hardware for good.

@DeanyBabyy exactly and when it's rumoured that stuff like Spyro, Crash, THPS will be coming to gamepass soon it doesn't mean a lot as people who wanted them (like myself) have already bought them years ago.

Guess I'll wait to resubscribe for Indiana Jones. I'm assuming this increase is to help pay for the activision buyout. Wish we could opt out of cod and not have to add cost.

@AlwaysPlaying thanks for the explanation. Thought I could have at least seen it just like I can see the deals with ultimate sales every week even though I don't get the discount. Guess I'll just wait, it'll probably be the same stuff at the same prices like every other sale.

Does this sale only appear if you have gamepass? I don't currently have gamepass and the sale just won't appear for me.

@datamonkey especially when gta online updates with new music and cars etc but it doesn't get added to gta v, I think on ps4 it was considered a single game so the game would just keep filling my hdd with stuff I would never touch.

@Dan1283 I'd argue the best thing they ever did with Rare was rare replay and that was nothing new. MS has the money and ips to make something amazing. What if they revived banjo pilot and mixed in crash and spyro like a Diddy kong racing situation. Another idea is to throw money at Sakurai since he's free lance and get him to make Xbox smash.

Hahaha of course there isn't and if there was it would probably be trash. Stick to rom hacks. Why do corporations buy devs and ips but don't do anything with them.

@Fishticon it's a fighting game on the street fighter 4 engine I think, haven't played it in a long time. The 360 version isn't the best, missing a bunch of characters from the ps3 version and the dlc is still full price.

@mousieone are you saying the game won't support ps5 running on ps4 backwards compatibility? I've never heard of such a thing and hope I'm wrong about it.
