One of the games that we highlighted in our "games coming to Xbox next week" roundup over the weekend was the first-person horror game A.I.L.A, which is launching on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S this Tuesday, November 25th.

Developed by the team behind 2022's Fobia - St. Dinfna Hotel (73 on Metacritic), A.I.L.A is centred around the disturbing technology that is AI, challenging you to "immerse yourself in disturbing horror experiences" that are designed to "prey on your deepest and darkest fears".

Here's a bit more about it:

"Immerse yourself in disturbing horror experiences as a game tester. Survive dark, unsettling experiences crafted by A.I.L.A that prey on your deepest and darkest fears. Evade and outrun a ritualistic cult, solve gruesome puzzles, engage in visceral combat against the medieval undead and more. As a game tester, share your thoughts, fears and feedback with A.I.L.A as she crafts haunting new experiences for you to survive."

It's still a little too early for the A.I.L.A reviews at the time of writing, but the free demo on Steam does have a bunch of user reviews, and they're averaging a "Very Positive" rating. Sounds promising, then!

We'll leave you with some screenshots down below, and you can look out for A.I.L.A on the Xbox Store when it goes live around 9am ET / 2pm GMT on Tuesday. No prices have been revealed for the Xbox version as of yet.
