Black Friday 2021 has treated us to an array of great deals, with over 600 games discounted as part of the Xbox digital games sale, and lots of other games and accessories reduced at various retailers around the globe.
In addition, we've also come across some great deals on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions, although admittedly the majority of these are limited to the US. I'm just wondering if these gpu and game sales will be equal or better, come christmas and new year sales. Probably not gpu deals($25/3 mo), but, for example, guardians of the galaxy($38) should be cheaper by then, right?
Just wait for your membership to expire and buy up some years of gold on CD keys and then purchase one month of gamepass...only logical way to do it
Sorry if this has been asked before, but do they stack? Also, is 3 months the longest you can buy in one go? Does anywhere sell a 6 or 12 month sub to ultimate?

How about some 12 month cards for $40? I'd buy heck of that and keep game pass then.
@StylesT I'm still playing out 3 years of Live Gold converted to Game Pass Ultimate. Are you suggesting when that runs out I could do the same trick?
@GuyinPA75 he's talking about the conversion. If your subscription runs out buying 3 years of live gold and afterwards paying the €$1/12 for the conversion is cheaper than regularly buying gpu or upping your remaining time by buying anything else. No matter the region afaik as well.
@StylesT Does that trick still work even after using up your $1 trial?
@bobzbulder Yes you just have to buy a normal month of gamepass after everything else has expired and you bought how ever much of normal gold you want ..I did it recently and got another 3 years for £115
