If you've been enjoying Call of Duty: Vanguard's open beta on Xbox, then you're in luck. It's been extended until September 22 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST / 7pm CET, Activision has confirmed.
The news was delivered on the game's official Twitter page, alerting everyone that they'll have a few more days to dive into the open beta.
While it may be exciting to have some extra time with the Call of Duty: Vanguard beta, some Xbox Series X|S users have been reporting some pretty strange and intense visual issues. Others have even claimed the beta has hard locked their console.
There are even reports of hacking already taking place in some lobbies. Hopefully, these issues can be stamped out before the full release, as we expect many will be wanting to dive in on day one.

Think Battlefield is definitely going to beat it in terms of which is the better game, given the feedback I've seen.
But I've no doubt a bug ridden, poorly reviewed CoD will still sell bucket loads so I doubt Activision will do much to improve it before release
I did enjoy the bit I played but some of the perks have me worried that this game is going to end up being like MW 2019 camper heavy and punishing you if you rush around the map.
Its the same thing year in and year out. I dont know why they dont keep the studios working on one game for 3 years, go back to the season pass model and have yearly passes instead and over the 3 years/3 passes release loads of maps over this period, then a new game releases every third year.
But this is Activision. 💁🏼♂️
Despite it being on the mw engine it feels just like cold war to me....maybe ever so marginally better

I wasn’t interested until I gave the beta a go. It’s big ridden, low res and has no fov slider, so think it’s based on the Xbox One version at beta but, I’m enjoying some of the modes.
It needs a lot of work before it releases but I was a little more interested until I remember it’s a CoD game and it’ll end up with Fortnite style costumes and guns sooner or later.
@Monkeyofthefunk FOV slider is coming for console they just didn't have time to add it in for the beta.
