Last year saw Xbox launch the 'Power Your Dreams' campaign, in an effort to fully sell the potential of the Xbox Series X. If the console constantly being out of stock wasn't enough of an indication it's performing well, then maybe an award will do the trick?
Josh Munsee, the senior marketing manager at Xbox, revealed that the promotional campaign was awarded an Andy Award, which is given to brands that deliver the biggest and best ideas in advertising. This slogan has managed to spawn a lot of content, and powered its way to victory. You can see the full list of winners here.
The 'Power Your Dreams' tagline has spawned many memes and inspirational ideas. Late last year, Xbox took the concept quite literally by bringing numerous content creators' dreams to reality through different mediums of art. Fans have even had a bit of fun with it, creating memes such as Todd Howard inspired packaging for the Xbox Series X. Needless to say, this has been a successful marketing strategy, and it's easy to see why Xbox won. Congrats!

There're awards for adverts? Eugh. Unless that award is literally determined by how many new users it created, it's guaranteed to be pretentious artsy people just telling each other how genius they are.
Possibly the most useless award I've ever heard of.
But hey congrats lol
lmao
Advertising is eligible for being awarded for their artistic vision
The Kevin Butler ads for the PS3 should've taken that prize every year they were active
meh...best I can come up with lol
The reveal which featured part of an Alan Watts lecture, well that was truly a work of art. I was excited to see the new Xbox and blown away to hear Alan Watts at the same time. Now that was a great advert.
