Enticed by the opportunity to try the multiplayer focused Resident Evil Re:Verse? A beta is coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One between April 8 until April 11, giving players a chance to see what the game is all about.
Details can be found on Capcom's site, which reveals that all you'll need to do is download the beta and register a Capcom ID. It's said that players will get to experience something called "Survival Revenge Battle", choosing to play as a variety of characters from across the Resident Evil universe with 4-6 players.
Those who previously got into the closed beta will not need to redownload the client, and can simply pick up where they left off. Capcom has warned, however, that emergency maintenance may be carried out during the open beta, as they assess "the game system, game balance, and server load testing".
News of the upcoming multiplayer game came in a Resident Evil presentation earlier this year. It was also revealed that the game will be free for all players who pick up Resident Evil Village on May 7. So a nice little bonus there.
Will you be giving Resident Evil Re:Verse a spin? Let us know in the comments below.

Hard pass. If they release another multiplayer game like Mercenaries or Raid Mode, then I'll be all over it.
If its anything like umbrella corps then it's a pass for me
