Minecraft Dungeons Adds Crossplay, New DLC Later This Year

As part of its Minecraft Live event, Mojang Studios has revealed a bunch of new features coming to Minecraft Dungeons later this year, including the much-anticipated addition of crossplay!

As a result, you'll be able to play Minecraft Dungeons with your friends regardless of platform beginning this November, spanning Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Windows 10 PC.

That's not the end of it though! The game is also getting a brand-new Season Pass and Howling Peaks DLC in December, with the expansion featuring a new boss called the Tempest Golem.

And finally, a free update for all players called Apocalypse Plus will add 20 new difficulties after Apocalypse VII, increase the characters’ power ceiling, and add new enchantments and items.

If you want to check out everything that was announced at today's Minecraft Live event, including the big Caves & Cliffs Update in the works for Minecraft, you'll find a recap at the official website.
