How To Unlock Infinite Ammo Handcannon
If you've checked out our guide to Resident Evil 4 Remake: All Unlockable Modes, Outfits & Weapons, you'll already know that in order to get your hands on the Handcannon, you'll need to complete the game on Professional Difficulty without using any bonus weapons.
Now, to get the infinite ammo variant of this powerful handgun so we can really get the head-popping party started, you'll need to unlock and max out every available upgrade for the weapon with either Spinels or by purchasing an Upgrade Ticket from the merchant. Once you've done this infinite ammo fun times will be all yours.
How To Unlock Infinite Ammo Chicago Sweeper
Our Resident Evil 4 Remake: All Unlockable Modes, Outfits & Weapons, details how you can unlock the Chicago Sweeper by completing the game on Professional difficulty with an A Rank. This means you're gonna need to clear the game in 7 hours or less!
Once you've achieved this task, and in order to upgrade to infinite ammo, you once again need to max out all upgrades for the gun via either Spinels or Upgrade Ticket. You'll then be free to spray glorious fountains of bullets all over your Ganado foes.

@PJOReilly New Game+ with the infinite rocket laumcher should mske that run easy work.
The "Cat Ears" run though, forget that!
