I've got X12's for my 360 and have purchased the MS adapter to use them on my XB1, but I'm fed up with the cables dragging along the floor. I'm tempted to get a set of either XO One or XO Fours. Anyone got any comments on either of these? I believe they are both wireless to the console.

I've not tried the XO Ones, but I use a pair of XO Fours day-to-day, and they're excellent. They are indeed wireless to the console, and the mic can be disconnected (it's just a 3.5mm jack, so it isn't fiddly) if you don't need to be using it. I've found that they don't drain the controller battery as sharply as other headsets I've tried seem to, either. Real comfortable, as well.
Like I say, I really don't know about the XO One model - I've heard several people complaining about poor sound quality and "clicking" on the mic when using voice chat with them. The XO Fours get a thumbs up from me though - especially given they were much the same price as the XO One when I bought them. No problems with voice chat that I've experienced, either.
I have the XO7's and they are really good and comfortable too. The cables are cotton covered and thick - not cheap plastic - and like the XO4's it comes with an adapter and the only cable is from controller to headset.

Thanks guys. Current pricing is around £45 for XO One, £62ish for XO Four and over £100 for XO Seven. I can't justify £100 as I 'could' make do with the X12's I have now. It's only the cables that are bugging me. I'm just being fickle really as it didn't bother me before LOL

If the XO7's are out of the equation due to cost, I would say the XO4's have a good reputation and used by the majority of people I speak too online. They have the same speakers in as the XO7's so would think they would sound as good too.

I have XO4s and they are teh awsum. Great sound, crystal speech and all is well. Only cable being to the controller is great as well, means the boy has less to fall over!
