Totally agree with that Rancid. Hopefully they will be smart with their presentation since they know what Nintendo is bringing to the table and have an idea with Sony. As of right now I am leaning toward the Xbox 720 unless they totally bomb their presentation or dont have any good games coming out at launch.
Yeah. Sony will probably be in the shadow of E3's other stuff. I'm pumped to see Nintendo's next Xenosaga game too. How Sony could have a big enough announcement to persuade me into getting a PS4 is a mystery to me.

I think as long as Sony doesn't make any totally idiotic pricing decisions E3 is actually there for them to 'win.' I know I'll buy the next Xbox at some point for Halo 5 and 6 but I'm not sure MS has enough exclusives to compete.
I think it's totally up for grabs for both companies, if I'm honest. A lot of Microsoft's own studios have been working on top-secret stuff for a while. I think we're liable to see at least the next Halo, a new entry in the Project Gotham Racing series, new Kinect Sports and Dance Central maybe, Gears of War (potentially), plus whatever Lionhead are up to. Then there's that EA exclusivity deal that nobody knows much about yet.
MS has a bunch of stuff up its sleeve. I just can't wait for E3.
I'm certainly intrigued by what both MS and Sony will have for E3. If we could get a new PGR that would be fantastic. I wonder if MS would put the Forza Horizon team to work on that one?

I'm actually feeling the opposite. If anything it's Nintendo that's in the shadow, Sony has a new console to show so it will have a big presence no matter what. Nintendo needs to come out swinging, I'm a huge fan of the company, I've owned every single one of its consoles and handhelds but I'm yet to buy a Wii U and have seen literally nothing that is making me change my mind. I truly hope this E3 changes that but I'm just not confident in Nintendo right now.

It's a possiblity, certainly, but the rumour on the grapevine is that a separate team is working on PGR. Total rumour at the moment of course.

According to last night's GT Bonus Round, Michael Pachter is still convinced that something is happening in April. I'm hearing other things that would suggest that's the case too.

I dont know now after these latest batch of rumors I am getting excited for more info on the 720. May 21st cant get here soon enough. If these rumors are true than I have to say the scales will tip in Microsoft's favor as being my other console next to my Wii U.

Launch lineups and prices. That's the main bit of info I want from both Sony and MS. As I've posted before it's really just about deciding which system to get first because unless one or both companies does something incredibly idiotic like go with an always-on connection, I plan to get each machine. As much as I've enjoyed the PS3 and 360, we're a bit overdue for new consoles now.
