@DRL: Nope havent found any sweet rides yet but I really haven't been looking. One question though is there a way to save cars that you steal? Cause earlier I jacked a car got it painted new exhaust and all that but was busted by the cops. When I went back to my house hoping it was there it wasn't. I dont like the idea of sinking money into a car that I will lose.

I've been trying to figure that out, too. When you take a car to one of the garages on the map and leave it there, it seems to be available for you whenever you like. If you take that car for a spin and lose it, then it appears gone for good. You would think the customized cars would respawn at the garage, given all the money that has been sunk into them.
Well that's certainly a bummer if thats the case I guess that means I wont be customizing to many cars then.
On a side not I did my first heist which was freakin sweet and just met Trevor.
I feel like we're missing something, so I'll be sure to look into it a bit further. And yeah, the heists are really fun.
I've probably logged another 6-8 hours today and I only have 40-some of 69 missions complete. Haven't even gotten into hunting or a few other activities yet. Loving all the variety.
@DRL: Ok so I was talking to some coworkers of mine about the car problem and they said they are at the police impound. So yeah we missed something lol. I can't believe I didn't think of that.

Logged between 15 to 20 hours so far and I'm not sure I've completed 20 missions yet, if I have it's not much more than that. I don't see myself doing everything I want to in this game until probably around the time PS4 comes out. Which is actually fine by me.

That makes a lot of sense! What about cars that you've destroyed or left in some random place, do they show up at the impound as well? I didn't have any time to play today but I plan to investigate this further tomorrow.
@DRL: I am not sure if you destroy them pretty sure that if you destroy them they are gone for good it would only make sense. I believe that if you leave them in a random place they show up at the impound but yeah like you I haven't had time to investigate it cause of work the past few days. I am hoping to get a chance sometime today.

I checked out the impound and found a couple vehicles had been stored there, but not the ones I was looking for, unfortunately. Wonder if there's a limit to how many can be stored there at a time? As of right now, I have a Rolls just collecting dust in my garage because I'm too afraid to lose it.
Anyway, I wrapped up the main story last night and will be writing up my review over the next two days. Stay tuned for that.
Has anyone tried Online yet? I know that the PS version is having problems wondering about the 360.
I have. I created a character and played through the introductory sequences. At that point I couldn't connect to the servers and it dumped me back into story mode. When I tried again my created character and online save file was corrupt and lost. Gave up for the day after that.:/
Any news on GTA Online yet? Did they fix the issues?
Patch looks to be out for both 360 and PS3 and fixes many of the connection problems plaguing users. I tend to veer away from large scaled launches like this. I like to sit out for awhile and wait for all the bugs to be ironed out.
Who's gone trolling society in GTA Online? It's so fun. Sometime mildly to the other players, but never badly. One time I saw this guy whose gamertag is "what up dude" so I texted him "What up, dude?" Destroying sand castles, popping players' tires, flipping players off, & clever ways of clearing yourself of a crime are fun. One time my brother was watching me play, so I sped towards some pedestrians in the game & jumped out of my car saying "I'm not driving" when it ran them down. Getting wasted & watching TV is fun too. Some stuff is hilarious. One ad advertised cigarettes to children & this boy asked the girl who stole her father's cigarettes if her father would spank her. She replied "spanking's only for mommy." I didn't get it at first, but after a few seconds I realized what it meant & laughed. What a terrible father!
I honestly dont play GTA Online anymore. The community just ruined the game for me. To many hackers and such. It was a nice idea but Rockstar doesn't have the structure for it. Honestly they should have made it a separate games and have a better infrastructure kinda like Blizzard has for WoW.

True. I've seen hackers, but lately I haven't had many problems. I heard Rockstar Games was cracking down on hackers. No matter how hard they work, they can never beat them on the Xbox 360, so it on a next-gen console would help provide such a environment. PC can power it, and w/ awesome mods, but it cannot prevent hackers from abusing it very well. Its advantage is also its draw sadly.
Very true. I am not sure how the hacker scene is now cause I haven't played it since early December but when I did I noticed that when I would shoot people in death matches they wouldn't die people with lower ranks having access to stuff they shouldn't that sort of thing. Its kinda sad people resort to that sort of thing and ruin it for the rest of us but whatcha going to do? Thats part of the reason I dont play stuff online like this or Mario Kart Wii. I dont know why but consoles seem to have this problem alot more then PCs.
