Hi, so I've had my Series X for about a month and from the start my IGN app has been...troublesome. It has devolved to the point now where I'm unable to watch their longer videos without severe lagging, the app force crashes, and it's just generally unbearable. Is this how it is for everyone? I can't find anything online about these issues so have come to the conclusion I alone face these problems.
@Draygo I never tried IGN's app on series X but have you tried other apps like YouTube, Netflix, etc? If they work well it is likely something to do with IGN but if not it may be your internet
@Balta666 It could be that my internet (which isn't great) isn't strong enough to handle the heavy streaming bandwidth I imagine IGN puts out. Other streaming services work fine from a streaming standpoint.
