@BlackFox013 as it is is free content it may not be on the store but just as a regular update. Check if you have the latest version of the game installed (go on my games and apps and check updates on the side of downloads in progress). When you launch the game you should receive a pop-up telling where to go.

You see, it is my first DLC in life.... And I didn't play on any console like m Xbox Series X for 20 years... So I may to not know something.
@BlackFox013 that is not how it happens to most dlc (but to be fair they can work in many ways). What I have seen on a YouTube video you enter the game and when you are playing as sonic a message appears on screen telling you to go to the final area of the game. It may well be that you need to have finish the game before doing it (some DLC have requirements of the sort)
Looks like it's just an update to the game as well, rather than claiming anything from the MS Store. My copy did an update recently so I assume it was included in that.
You can check for updates by going to My Games & Apps > Manage > Updates
It takes a while for the updates to appear but when some icons appear on screen, that's probably all that will show up even if it looks like it's still searching
My copy is on 2.4.0.0 as well after the most recent update so I assume that your copy is updated to include the content
