The talk of the town this past week in the gaming world has definitely been Crimson Desert, with the Pearl Abyss RPG taking the world by storm in recent days. In fact, this one has been hyped for some time now, and has planted its flag in a fairly quiet week in terms of major Xbox releases. So, did you decide to pick it up? If so, what do you think of Crimson Desert so far?
That pre-release hype has certainly delivered a title that's doing well commercially already - at the time of writing this up, Crimson Desert has sailed past the two million sales mark across all platforms. While critic opinions have been more varied across the board, there's still been a lot of buzz around this new Xbox RPG, even if it's not quite managed to hit the upper echelons on the likes of Metacritic.
Here at Pure Xbox HQ, we've not really had the time to get stuck into Crimson Desert yet (this is a massive open-world RPG that's going to soak up lots of our time when we finally try it out). With that in mind, we're really curious to hear what our community thinks of the game so far - there's certainly lots of opinions floating around about this one right now, so let's get in on that, shall we?
