I got one a few years ago that I paid like 80 bucks for only to have it arrive with broken bumpers. Luckily the ones I ordered on the custom were black so I was able to harvest the ones from my old busted controller and swap them out myself instead of waiting for a return/repair. But it was pretty disappointing for having paid that much for a brand new device.
