I did enjoy walking through bridges and seeing them crumble, NGL. I agree with your take on the dragon levels. Hopping around was fun but locking yourself into aiming mode and evading was odd.
Maybe part of my problem was trying to find all the secrets. It really slowed the game down at times.
Overall, you've convinced me to consider a replay when the DLC drops!
I appreciate your point of view as I had the exact opposite impression. I enjoyed the first half (even bought the pizza!) but I felt the parry mechanics weren't as tight as I wanted them and the game overstayed it's welcome. I rolled credits last night on Ultra-Nightmare difficulty.
Did we really need the mech/flying levels? What about the boss fight with three different forms?
Genuine question: Why do you think a second playthrough may enhance the game?
