tough question tried to buy 15 items last Friday, confirmed the payment and got a message 'something went wrong'... according to my bank account money went to xbox, 15 items are not added to my account, they still sit in my shopping cart, but when I try to buy them again, I got a message that I already own them. MS help knows nothing and is completly useless...
