This workaround didn't work for me (tried it on a browser) but at least I grabbed those three free games. It's really odd that this major issue hasn't been fixed already. Sigh. At least they have nearly two weeks to solve it.
No announcements on Xbox Support Twitter profile that they're working on it. If someone has connections to the Xbox nerve center, please inform them.
EDIT: Finally I managed to download Hydro Thunder Hurricane. It seems they've fixed it.
Same here, Hydro Thunder Hurricane doesn't show up as free for me either (yet). I hope they fix it soon. I tried to inform Xbox Support via chat but no dice.
