Bring back Kinect now everyone is used to being tracked and spied on with the rest of their devices, release a illumniroom now that projectors can be made cheaply enough, that should set Xbox apart from every one else, and seems that Xbox probably will never be able to fully compete with PlayStation, just make the device different enough to stand out.
