I owned an Xbox 360 LAN/Xbox Live store with 17 360s. I ultimately had 13 RRoD. To Microsoft's great credit, I never paid one penny for repairs or shipping, but boy what a pain in the butt, losing 10-15% of your systems every couple weeks.
After 7 RRoD, I wrote a whiny letter to Peter Moore at Xbox. The story about that went viral, which I hope is the only time I ever go viral.
