I wonder how big the steampunk community is these days. I mean, I'd prolly play it just bc I was a big fan of Bioshock Infinite back in the day but...I thought that niche kind-of died 20 years ago? I mean, I rarely see steampunk gamers online these days. Feels kind-of like an extinct niche. Kids aren't exactly walking around with bronze goggles on their foreheads anymore, ya know? So I wonder how well this'll actually do! Hopefully, it's not just me & 300 other people. lol!
I'll prolly just skip that whole ad campaign all together & randomly buy whatever I wanna buy after roughly 10-30 seconds of barely conscious consideration. I feel like that's worked for me. Always. Like, I've just never been SO BORED that I've said to myself, "I'd like to watch an entire program that's made up of nothing but commercials bc I need help choosing my own videogames this year". But that's just me, idk. I've got a grandmother with dementia who just loves commercials. It's her whole deal. She might drop everything for it.
Been scraping up XB1 titles that I originally missed out on for the past month or so. Dead Island 2 was definitely dope. Cool gaming community, too! Then I picked up Gears 5. Can't really go wrong with GoW, imo. Just knocked out Code Vein. Not sure what to get next, tbh. Scrolled thru this a few times but I was like, "**** I already have XCOM 2 and The Midnight Suns".
Replaying some MK11 in the off-chance that Kold War Skarlet skin will finally show up in my store tab (i am not hopeful. at this point, I think that thing is basically just an urban legend)...then prolly some Cyberpunk 2077 or maybe an oldschool campaign of XCOM 2. Heard that 2K tech support finally figured out how to direct-unlock that console-glitched Midnight Suns outfit I could never score back in the day, tho, so you KNOW I totally hit them up. I WANT that dumb outfit. It's the only thing in that game I don't have rn. lol
@mac_da_man House Beneviento scared the holy loving **** out of me! And the mannequin dlc. That one scared me half to death, too! Cool RE game, though. Awesome mix of classic horror elements, imo. Felt like I was living 4-5 different oldschool Hollywood horror movies simultaniously. Wish they'd make more like that one.
Heard F04 got a brand new content update a few days ago. Anything good?
