We're just about to enter a new month, so we thought we'd bring you an update on the Xbox games shutting down their servers in July and August, with four specific titles going offline entirely over the next couple of months.

Most of these are sports-related games, with Madden NFL 23 joining the already-delisted NBA 2K Playgrounds and WWE 2K Battlegrounds in closing their online portions over the coming weeks, while free-to-play shooter Warface: Clutch is also shutting down its servers permanently on August 25th, making it totally inaccessible in the process.

Here's the full list of four Xbox games shutting down their servers as things stand:

"Friends! After many years together, we have made the difficult decision to begin the sunset process for Warface: Clutch. This choice was not easy for us — Warface: Clutch has been an important part of our journey, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported the game throughout its long life. We sincerely thank every player who joined us, shared feedback, and helped shape the community. Your passion and dedication have meant a great deal to the team."

Beyond these four, we also know of a couple more server-related changes happening for both DiRT Rally 2.0 and New World: Aeternum in July. DiRT Rally 2.0 is turning off its Racenet Clubs feature on July 8th (but everything else will remain available), while New World: Aeternum is removing in-game purchases on July 20th ahead of its server closure in January 2027.

Looking ahead, we already know of a few shutdowns for September and beyond, including GRID Legends, HAWKED and NBA 2K25. More will inevitibly be revealed in the weeks to come, so we'll let you know about those in due course.
