Not having an upgrade available for the physical version makes no sense after the disc to digital announcement if indeed this game qualifies. If it does then XBOX need to be a lot more consistent imo.
I think it's only fair to give a shout-out to XBOX GP for supporting a lot of these dev companies. Without their backing so many would be looking for alternative employment...... luckily the fillers are needed unfortunately.
I honestly do wonder if game reviewers adjust their score based on the price of the game. Admittedly I have only watched the video in the article above but in all honesty I just laughed. I didn't buy a series X for a side scroller that looks like it would play on something hiding in the back of my loft. Honestly hope those that play it enjoy it and as per if it's on GP then I will give it a go via cloud.
The reason GP has so many subs is because it's needed for multiplayer. The harsh reality that the hardcore fans just won't accept is the majority of GP games especially the GPU day one fillers just don't get played by the subscribers. It's easily proven check the most played charts every week the vast majority of new GP titles sink without a trace. If the Helix ships with free multiplayer I will be amazed as it will decimate GP imo.

The Battlefield addition makes sense all around the game to buy is currently cheap and it's began to fall in the most played charts so everyone wins.
