I don't really care for locked exclusivity on a digital store basis. When Microsoft take the non fisical media path, they force the series owners to pay full, or Game Pass... at least here in Brazil they do the Nintendo aproach with digital games, very little price cuts after years, when the disc used to go down a cliff three months later. Really, I already miss my box for FH6.
Good news, although it's a small one. I lost my 200+ hour Elden Ring save file the moment I returned to the game menu. I always used Quick Resume, so I don't know if that's related. When I loaded the game again, it synced with the cloud... a save with 60 hours of data. And without asking if I wanted to replace the data on the Xbox Series X. Not the first time... on Super Lucky's Tale, a vanilla game, 90% completion, synced on PC once, and after returning to Xbox One, the save data on the cloud was much older than my run, 50% of the game... no 1000g for me...
