Re: Microsoft Highlights 50+ Xbox Play Anywhere Titles Added To The Program Last Month

Yesterday I got a notification that several games I’m interested in were on sale, and by coincidence they were all Play Anywhere titles. The current scale of it plus its ease of use has really made my experience of owning a ROG Ally that much better. It’s still disappointing to see not all new releases supporting it, as I will no longer buy Xbox games that don’t have it.

I was tempted to get the cheaper Xbox Ally ($600 for Steam Deck performance wasn’t ideal) but have decided to instead get the original ROG Ally. It’s more powerful than the base Xbox Ally, with the latest Windows Update runs the same “Xbox Full Screen Experience”, and through Best Buy here in the US I can get a refurbished model for $380!

Plus, I’m the type of person who likes to mod stuff so the official spare parts available on ifixit and kits (especially for battery) are super tempting.
