Having a terrible experience so far. At first it wouldn't let me login to my game account so I had to checkout with a guest account, meaning I couldn't grab the reward points - I have disputed this with them and asked that they link my order to my account so that I can track it properly and get my reward points; I was impressed when they responded the same day, asking for my information to look into it but they have since ignored me.
The xbox was supposed to have been dispatched yesterday to possibly arrive today or tomorrow at the latest but the last update I had was on Tuesday to say my item had been packed, but no email to say it has been dispatched. Now I'm playing the waiting game to see if it's just a system error and if I actually get my console on time. Fingers crossed.
