I play my Xbox Series X on a Dell S2721DGF gaming monitor. That monitor does allow you to experience the 120 FPS mode for these games. It is definitely a game changer. I love it!
The only downside is the monitor is 1440P, so I do miss out a little bit on the 4K part. Maybe in a few years, 4K/120Hz monitors and TVs will be common and less expensive.
