@GuyinPA75 People don't have a choice, the new consoles are still really hard to find in stores and people don't want to pay $1000 to some scalper. and now that Redfall and Starfield have been pushed into 2023 and even Sony is still putting their exclusives on PS4 you honestly won't need a ps5 or series x realistically until 2023. I aint buying a new console for gotham knights, it doesn't even look that good.
@Dezzy70 Maybe in the future that could be an option but for now I don't think it's a good idea. and I think for now having a disc option is good because a lot of people still play physical games.
@GuyinPA75 I've seen the gameplay of Gotham Knights, It's nothing impressive and doesn't really look like anything last gen hardware couldn't handle. graphically it's barely a step up from Arkham Knight, a game from 2015. maybe you are seeing something I'm not but this game hardly screams "next gen" to me. and I bet if they really wanted to they could shoe horn this game on last gen. and I am pretty sure from a gameplay perspective, everything would be intact.
Game pass is a great option if you are certain type of gamer but it is not for everyone.
For one Game pass is a digital service and digital services aren't great for people who have slow crappy internet or in my case internet that is capped. Downloading games constantly is going to eat up my data fast. People talk about how much money you save with game pass well...not really since that money saved will just go towards my data overage charges lol.
It's why I tend to buy physical games. I will not doubt it is a great service and right now game pass is the only thing really keeping Xbox relevant. However their first party offerings.... still need work. Battle Toads and Gears Tactics are just not going to cut it.

What big games are those?
Re: 'Like a Dragon' Dev Explains Why Infinite Wealth Isn't Launching On Game Pass
It appearing on gamepass in the future is reasonable. Like maybe 8-12 months after release. Like Yakuza Ishin.
Not everything has to release on gamepass Day One.
