I can’t wait for flight sim on my PS5. I’m tempted to get a series S just to play it but don’t want to fork out for a series x so if it comes soon I’ll be happy.

His opinion but it seems a bit odd that it’s so low. The writer has an average review score on this site of 7.4.

Usually it would be fine. It’s an honest opinion. In this case however all the other reviews are so positive that pure Xbox probably needs a second opinion for clarity. Have someone do a second review.

@RetroMan71 great thanks. Think I’ll get a series S. I only have PS5 at the moment but the S could come in handy for a few things.

@TheGameThrifter as a non-Xbox PS5 owner I’m guessing because you can pay a monthly fee for game pass and have them all included whereas on PS5 it will cost you $70 per game 🤷‍♂️

@MjJmediablogger I wish! I’m genuinely tempted to get an Xbox just for this. Don’t have interest in anything else except for maybe a few things in my old xbox account that I don’t have on PS.

I don’t mind games going on ps5 as I’m not a fan boy but what does bother me is the lack of innovation from Xbox.

Yes we can get the same old releases. Online shooters, huge fetch quest ridden rpgs etc but what I miss on my Xbox are games on ps5 like Astro bot. If you play astros playroom it feels like so much care has gone into it and every level brings something new and innovative.

Same with single player good stories like the last of us. Xbox doesn’t seem to want to care about campaigns it’s all online to make money.

For what it’s worth I don’t think there will be a new Xbox console. I think they’ll bring game pass to as many devices as possible and become a publisher. That’s fine but considering how much they’ve invested in studios I really hope they put a bit more effort in.

@Simplejohn I care. He’s right. Microsoft are giving us zero reason to care about the brand. They’ve messed up so bad it’s embarrassing.

If you do have a series X why the eff wouldn’t you play it on that for a one month GP sub instead of paying full price for it on PS5? 🙈

@FraserG yeah. Future have a really good distribution network in Europe now (used to be terrible). I get retro gamer delivered to Czech Republic and it arrives very close to the UK release date.

I loved Xbox live arcade but also (and I know it wasn’t exclusive) one huge highlight and good memories were the guitar games.

@Nintendo4Sonic yes yes we know it’s not free 🙄 We pay for game pass for the games that we want (like certain day one first party) and games like this are a bonus that many of us wouldn’t otherwise buy.

@Nintendo4Sonic that’s the beauty of game pass though isn’t it? I wouldn’t buy a basketball game even if it had great reviews but because it’s here I will definitely try it. If I enjoy it, good. If I don’t then who cares didn’t cost me anything.

I think it would be a good move from MS.

They can say ‘Buy Xbox game pass and play these games for a monthly fee or if you have a PlayStation we won’t leave you out…just pay full price per game’

I know they are ending it but will all current rock band dlc be available to buy for a while?

After trying AEW I now know I wont buy it at its current price point. Would have to go down to about £20 max.

The price didn’t increase because of games with gold. The full subscription cost is for online gaming. That’s what gold is. The games are an extra bonus and therefore ARE FREE.

If you don’t game online and bought gold just for free games then you are an absolute mushroom 🙈

@Alduin Metacritic scores of 75, 76, 77 and 83. So not rubbish games. Either you are too busy with this year's call of duty, you don't even subscribe and are pointlessly trolling some good work done by developers by calling their hard work rubbish or they are just games that you don't care about. Lukcily the service isn't planned around just you.
