I'm not surprised she's saying these things. She comes from a Platform background at Microsoft. Right now what she's highlighting is a product of Microsoft having to split their resources between PC and Console. The Console experience is pretty good but the PC experience leaves a lot to be desired.
They need to combine their resources so that experiences are consistent across Console and PC.
