Amidst all of the showcases taking place over the past few days, the folks over at IGN held their own type of two-day event that spanned multiple hours - they called it IGN Live 2026.
Despite not being a traditional showcase, this event included loads of announcements for games across multiple platforms, including Xbox. There were so many trailers and deep dives in this event that we can't possibly feature it all, so we thought we'd pick out 10 of the best and most notable announcements we saw for Xbox.

Star Trek: Shadow Frontier - Official Announce Trailer (TBD)
Here's your look at the Star Trek: Shadow Frontier reveal trailer for this upcoming mature, story-driven, action-adventure game set in the expansive Star Trek universe. Step into the fractured mind of former Lieutenant Ro Laren (voiced by Michelle Forbes) as she seeks to rescue an old friend by embarking on a harrowing journey of survival and self-discovery in Star Trek: Shadow Frontier. Star Trek: Shadow Frontier will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5 (PS5), and Xbox Series X/S.
Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee: Remastered - Official Announce Trailer (November 3, 2026)
The kaiju vs. kaiju brawler is back, completely remastered for modern consoles. Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered updates the 2002 fighter with enhanced visuals and quality of life improvements. Choose your monster and battle it out with a range of brutal attacks through recreated cities and other locations. Face off against your friends and foes in local co-op or new online multiplayer.
Stage Tour - Developer Spotlight & First Song Reveals (Fall 2026)
With developer RedOctane Games staffed with industry veterans who worked on the very first Guitar Hero game, Stage Tour looks like it's setting itself up to be a jukebox hero when it comes to PC and consoles in fall 2026. Stage Tour's Alec Castillo (@Acai28) and Jacob Inselmann (@aWiseMoose) reveal the first details about the game's campaign setlist, and how rhythm game fans had a say in picking which songs were priorities to include.
Bellwright - Console Release Trailer (June 9, 2026)

ARK Franchise - Multiple Announcements
Studio Wildcard Co-Founder Jeremy Stieglitz joins us on the IGN Live 2026 stage to deliver massive news for the ARK franchise! Get your first exclusive look at the brand-new ARK Maker. An in-game tool allowing players on any platform to build custom maps and functional content without a PC or Unreal Engine experience. Moss: The Forgotten Relic - Release Date Trailer (July 16, 2026)

Grounded 2 - Into The Abyss Extended Announcement Trailer (August 11, 2026) (Xbox Game Pass)
Danger and thrills await in the summer update! Check out the latest Grounded 2 trailer for this action-adventure survival game for a peek at what's coming with the Into The Abyss update. Shrunk again, but the world is much larger in Grounded 2. In this open-world, single-player or co-op survival adventure, craft weapons and armor, build your base, and traverse the playground on your buggy. Cronos: The New Dawn - Official Lazarus DLC Teaser Trailer (Fall 2026)
