Last week, we talked about how a GTA clone with farting frogs had reached the "top paid" charts on Xbox, and now we've got another new indie release that's surprisingly climbed very high on those charts - it's called BMX Streets.

This game has been on PC since 2024, and it has a "Mostly Positive" rating on Steam with "Very Positive" recent ratings. It's described a "next generation physics driven freestyle extreme biking simulator" in which you're in complete control of your bike and there's also customisation, a replay editor, multiple maps and various other things.

Amazingly, it's #16 in the "Top Paid" games list on Xbox right now:

BMX Streets Has Become An Unlikely Best-Seller On Xbox Series X|S 2

So, the Xbox Store version of BMX Streets costs £20.99 / $24.99 and came out on October 31st for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Looking at the reviews, it has a 4/5 rating based on just over 100 people who have voted on it, with many people praising the gameplay mechanics and bringing up comparisons to the likes of Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2, but others criticising the lack of multiplayer, a lack of mod.io support, and suggesting it's not on par with the PC version.

It's hard to know whether it's worth the money right now, then, but if you're intrigued, it might be worth taking a punt on. We'll leave you with a few more details about the game below, along with some of the Xbox Store screenshots.
