Here's Your First Proper Look At The 'Premium Case' For The ROG Xbox Ally

When the ROG Xbox Ally prices and pre-order details were finally revealed last week, Microsoft also talked about a handful of early accessories that will be available for it - including the 2-in-1 Premium Case that's being sold by ASUS.

That case isn't particularly cheap at a whopping £59.99 / $69.99, but it does look really cool at first glance, and now some people have actually received theirs early. As a result, we can take a closer look at it.

Specifically, there's someone over on the Xbox Ally Reddit that's shared loads of images of this thing, which you can flick through using the arrow buttons below.

It looks like a great case for sure, featuring a hard shell design that's water repellent with a soft fleece inner liner to help avoid scratches. There's also a slot for storing SD cards along with an interior that features a portable stand.

Better yet, a detachable pouch is specifically built for the 65W charging adapter, meaning you can also remove that pouch when you want to travel a bit lighter - it seems they've thought of everything here!

Of course, the Premium Case isn't your only option when it comes to the ROG Xbox Ally - we've already spotted Venom offering a third-party case at a much lower price, and more will likely become available before the end of the year.

If you want to go for the official option and get all the bells and whistles though, it does sound like the official ASUS case will be a great fit for your new handheld. Less than two weeks to go now!
