Update []: To follow-up on this, we're still confused about the BST, GMT and CET times, but we think the UK release time is now 6pm rather than 5pm. The UK is currently following the BST timezone, which is one hour ahead of GMT. The release times in the main article below have been adjusted to reflect this.

Original Story: Are you ready for the new Skate?! EA's reboot of the series has been in development for many years at this point, but it's finally now ready to launch - albeit in an early access state - with a free-to-play release across multiple platforms.

Skate (or Skate 4 as many people are calling it) has a release date of September 16th, and the release times have now been revealed as well, with EA providing us with a big map of times for all sorts of regions around the world.

So, here are the release times for the Skate reboot on Xbox:

  • 10am PDT (September 16th)
  • 1pm EDT (September 16th)
  • 5pm GMT (September 16th)
  • 6pm CET (September 16th)
  • 4am AEDT (September 17th)
Skate Launches On Xbox Today, And Here Are All The Release Times 2

Now, looking at these numbers, we think they made a mistake with GMT - the 5pm time seems to refer to BST instead - but otherwise everything appears to be accurate. In any case, UK folk will be waiting until the evening to get started.

Being an early access title, there are no proper reviews of Skate 4 for us to look over just yet, so we'll just have to make our own minds up on this one! Skate will be available across Xbox Series X, Series S and Xbox One when it goes live later today, and you can actually preload it right now by pre-installing the game via the Xbox app on Android or iOS.
