The New Xbox Mobile App Allows You To Download Games Before You Buy Them

Microsoft unveiled its new Xbox app for Android devices earlier today, but left out one key detail that you might be interested in - it allows you to download games on the Microsoft Store even if you don't own them.

Obviously you need have the license in order to play these titles, but this could come really in handy for those who like to pre-order physical copies of games, allowing you to download the necessary files ahead of time.

In order to access this feature, all you need to do is download the new app via the Google Play Store, and search for the title you're interested in. From there, you'll be prompted to download the game to your console, and the install will begin as normal. A great option for those who like pre-ordering physical discs!
