'Xbox PC' Gets Renamed Again As Microsoft Tries To Figure Out The Perfect Branding

A couple of months ago, we mentioned how Xbox seemingly had a new name for its PC platform in the form of "Xbox PC", using this term as part of its marketing material for various games, but now it's seemingly been adjusted again.

As pointed out by The Verge's Tom Warren, new promotional slides for both Grounded 2 and Age of Mythology: Retold are referring to it as "Xbox on PC", which suggests they're still trying to figure out the perfect branding right now.

Does any of this matter to the average consumer? Not really. It's not going to affect how you interact with PC games on the Xbox app or Steam, but they'll need to land on something concrete eventually in order to avoid causing confusion.

Let's have a bit of fun with this in the meantime! In the poll below, let us know if you think "Xbox PC", "Xbox on PC" or a different name would be best for promoting these titles. If you choose "other", tell us your pick in the comments below.
