Indiana Jones Team Confirms Multiple Games In Development, 'Excited' For Its Future

During the Xbox Game Showcase this year, Indiana Jones dev MachineGames confirmed that its The Order of Giants DLC is coming out in September - and it sounds like the studio has some other big projects in the pipeline as well.

The Xbox first-party team has just released its newest financials, confirming some positive results for the developer. Within those results, the group has commented on its future, confirming that multiple projects are now in development over at the Swedish studio.

Here's the rough translation of that update:

"With exciting new projects in development, MachineGames is optimistic about the future for both the company and the industry as a whole."

If we were taking bets here, we'd predict that MachineGames is working on an Indiana Jones sequel and more Wolfenstein; the other main series that the studio has worked on with Bethesda. Those are just guesses for now though - the only thing we know for sure is that the team is cooking up that Indiana Jones expansion for release in just a few months' time.

A good few years ago now, Bethesda confirmed that more Wolfenstein was coming - although that was well before the successful release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. We'll just have to wait and see what the future holds for MachineGames then, but it's sounding pretty positive over there in Sweden right now.
