Today, a couple of new video game appearances on the South Korean ratings board have us intrigued as to when these titles might show up again. First off, Konami's Silent Hill F has been rated in the region, alongside a long-in-development Xbox title - Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2.
The latter has been stuck in some sort of dev hell for years now, with the game switching developers in recent times as well. The last we heard, Bloodlines 2 was planned for a 2024 launch, but of course that's now come and gone with no release in sight. Hopefully it's not too far off now that it's appeared here!
As for Silent Hill F, well, that's perhaps the more intriguing ratings board appearance. This is Konami's next mainline Silent Hill title — announced alongside the PS5-only Silent Hill 2 Remake — and details are super vague on this one at the moment. We don't even know if Silent Hill F is planned for Xbox yet, but it wasn't confirmed as PS5 exclusive like the recent remake was, so we reckon there's a good chance it shows up on the Microsoft platform.
Another thing we want to mention here, is Xbox Developer Direct. Yes, we know it's probably a stretch for Silent Hill to appear here, but it's not completely out of the question. Remember, Konami did say it was open to more series pitches following the reveal of Silent Hill 2, and there is a rumour going around that Xbox's surprise game of the show will be from a "legendary Japanese IP". Silent Hill would certainly fit the bill!
