Last year, the quirky deep sea diver-meets-sushi restaurant RPG Dave the Diver launched on PC and Nintendo Switch - and at the time we had reason to believe that the title may come to Xbox one day. While that time hasn't come just yet, the team has made another comment on the matter after the game was announced for PlayStation consoles last week.

Speaking to True Achievements, Dave the Diver studio Mintpocket made a statement on its future plans for the marine adventure. Here's their latest plan for Dave the Diver coming to other platforms:

"We are open to expanding the platform and are eager to reach out to more players. However, as we are a small team, we have yet to determine a timeframe or concrete plans at this stage."

It's a bit of a vague comment, admittedly, but it still sounds like the plan at some stage is to bring Dave the Diver to Xbox. The team hasn't mentioned the platform specifically, but given the game is already out on Switch & PC and has been announced for PlayStation, it makes sense that Microsoft is next in line.

If you want to see what this 2023 hit is all about, we've dropped a trailer for the game right at the top of this article. Hopefully Dave will indeed be diving onto Xbox platforms soon enough!
