Halo Infinite Season 5: Reckoning launched earlier this week on Xbox Series X|S, PC and Game Pass, and Spartans have already discovered one crazy secret hidden on the new arena map, Forbidden.
This Easter Egg requires players to press a bunch of floor switches in a specific order and it then opens a secret door that leads to a "golden sandwich". Halo enthusiast and social media user 'UneeQ' seems to have been the person first to work out the code and goes into a full breakdown of the process required.
Apparently, you need to be playing Infection mode and in battle, this tasty treat can be used as a melee weapon. Here's the full sequence (shared by the Halo subreddit user 'Crespo2006'):
Some spartans on the same subreddit have declared it's a true sign of Halo's return to form after Infinite's multiplayer component got off to a bumpy start at launch. Apart from this discovery, Season 5 is also encouraging more players to check it out the Forge Mode, which now includes an AI toolkit.
