The xScreen attachment for the Xbox Series S has been getting a lot of great feedback over the past few years, and it's become such a big deal that Microsoft has now decided to license it as part of the "Designed for Xbox" program.

This was confirmed in a tweet by the UPspec Gaming team earlier this week:

Being part of the Designed for Xbox initiative is definitely worth shouting about - Microsoft says consumers who buy products containing this label "can have confidence knowing these accessories have been developed alongside Xbox to deliver the best experience possible". It's a big milestone without a doubt!

If you're interested, you can check out our Pure Xbox review of the xScreen elsewhere on this website, and the device has actually also been discounted on Amazon - instead of the usual $249.99 price, it's currently $209.99. Apparently there are plans for a black version of the xScreen to go with the new Carbon Black Xbox Series S as well.
