It's time for another batch of Free Play Days titles! Three more games are available to play for free this weekend for Xbox Live Gold members, and they're ready to download right now.
As we mentioned earlier this week, the highlight is Ubisoft's Far Cry 6, while we've also got two other additions in the form of roguelike deckbuilder Roguebook and botanical action-adventure game The Serpent Rogue.
- Far Cry 6
- Roguebook (Xbox One)
- Roguebook (Xbox Series X|S)
- The Serpent Rogue
As always, remember that you'll require Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to take advantage of these Free Play Days titles.
Two of these are on sale during the weekend as well, with Far Cry 6 available at a whopping 60% off (including the standard version and the Gold Edition), and The Serpent Rogue available at 40% off.
Xbox Free Play Days - How To Download Games
- Search for the game on the Xbox Store
- Hit the "Install, Included with Gold" or "Free Trial" button
- Play the game!
Will you be trying out any of these games this weekend? Let us know below.
I am going to have a look at Roguebook. I will be honest I don't usually get on with this sort of game but I will give it a chance at least while it doesn't cost me anything.
Farcry 6 I own and had a fantastic time with. I thought it had a good mix of serious and goofy which kept me engaged. Then again I seem to be one of the few folks not tired of the Ubisoft formula so ymmv.
This is the second time that Far Cry 6 has been a free to play weekend game. Last time was the same weekend they dropped a Stranger Things cross over mission. I played it for a good 10 hours that weekend.
That weekend they also had Judgement, it was a bangin free to play weekend that week!! Stoked to put in a few more hours into it this weekend, hopefully get through most of the story mode haha
[FARCRY] I'm just gutted it took until after a friend(XSX) and I (PC) finished the relevant missions before starting co op only to find out there is no cross play, what a let down.
