Original story: Microsoft finally revealed its upcoming Xbox Game Pass slate earlier this week, and as usual, it includes a list of upcoming Game Pass Ultimate perks. What stands out here is the 'Deluxe Pack' for Assassin's Creed Origins, which is a pretty good value and includes a bonus mission!
The DLC pack, usually priced at $9.99, includes a decent selection of AC Origins content, all included in your Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
"Upgrade your game experience with the Deluxe Pack as you discover the origins of the Assassin’s Brotherhood. The Deluxe Pack includes: The Ambush at Sea mission, The Desert Cobra pack (including one outfit, two legendary weapons, one legendary shield, and one mount) and three Ability points."
This is a bigger bonus than is often included in Game Pass Ultimate, and it'll hopefully make your Origins experience go that little bit further.
You can't claim it just yet though - it joins the Perks library when AC: Origins hits Game Pass, June 7th.

That's a very decent perk indeed. Don't mind if I do, cheers for pointing this out too. I tent to forget the perks exist unless sites like this point them out to me.
Excited for people, to have this, got the physical gold edition myself (still wrapped in foil) as I haven't gotten round to it yet, still working my way through all of the AC titles, and Origins is still a couple of episodes away, but when I finally arrive at Origins I gonna enjoy my first every playthrough with 60fps , so that will be sweet.
This is exactly what needs to happen more often with Ultimate. Honestly not much difference between the 2 tires to be honest. Things like this really separate them.
The Ubisoft subscription for pc includes all of the most expensive versions of their games shich is really cool. hopefully when it comes for xbox it will stay that way.
So if you obtain the DLC and the game leaves Game Pass do you still have to buy the base game?
@iplaygamesnstuff Yes, if Origins leaves Game Pass then you'll need to buy it to continue accessing the DLC (and the game itself!).

@iplaygamesnstuff Bought the physical gold edition directly from Ubisoft for like 8 euro's (excl. shipping cost) during last black friday, but yeah see digital sales of this game all the time.

I've never actually played an AC game....so I'm guessing the 60FPS patched up version will be a good place to start....at some point.
Legit don't have enough time to play all these games and as a result the longer ones tend to be off-putting for me. But i gotta play AC and ME at some point. Had a copy of Valhalla sitting by the series x for a long time lol.
