Tony Hawk Fans Think Activision Is Subtly Teasing A New Game

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 made a fantastic impression when it released last year, but we haven't heard anything about a new entry in the THPS series since — although fans think Activision is teasing something on social media.

It's been pointed out that the Tony Hawk team has been including "12 < 312" in a couple of recent pieces of artwork, as you can see in the images below:

Interestingly, Activision seems to have been doing the same thing for Crash Bandicoot, as a Wumpa logo appeared on a skateboard for some artwork back at Thanksgiving, appearing to hint at a long rumoured Crash game called "Wumpa League" — or at least, that's what certain fans believe.

You'd think that a new Tony Hawk would make sense, especially considering the success of Pro Skater 1+2, but it's worth keeping in mind that developer Vicarious Visions has now been merged into Blizzard Entertainment ,so a new team would have to take on the IP. That's a big challenge for whoever steps up to the plate!
