Saber Interactive has announced it's working on a movie tie-in for A Quiet Place, and it's expected to launch sometime in 2022.
Unfortunately, details on the project are pretty hush-hush at the moment, with little more than a tweet and a website serving as its unveiling. It is said to be "the first official video game based on Paramount Pictures’ terrifying blockbuster film franchise", and will bring "a new untold story of survival" to the universe.
For those unfamiliar with the series, it's set around the human race being hunted down by monsters who react to the smallest of sounds. While no details of the gameplay have been unveiled, we imagine it will focus on that aspect fairly heavily.
The game is being developed by iLLOGIKA, a studio that has worked on an array of lesser-known titles. This is perhaps their biggest project to date, so it will be interesting to see how it pans out.
