We've seen Xbox teams from all around the world show off their own crazy designs and now it's Japan's turn.
To commemorate the local release of Yakuza: Like a Dragon on the Xbox Series X|S earlier this week, the team within this region shared an image of an appropiately-themed Xbox controller. What makes it particularly wild is the fact it's held up in the air by a crayfish stand.
The downside is the controller (or the stand, for that matter) won't be made available to the public - even in Japan. So we guess Japanese fans will just have to settle with a copy of Yakuza: Like a Dragon, like we did.
What do you think of this latest Xbox controller design? Have you played Yakuza's latest entry on the Xbox Series X|S yet? Leave a comment down below.

Xbox + Japan.. Doing something together??? YES!!
Why keep making custom controllers that no one can buy?
@elpardo1984 marketing. It's "easy" to make a few hand made units for random marketing campaigns than to mass produce units that might not sell well enough to justify the production costs.
But hey, maybe we get lucky and the rebooted custom controller lab allows us to add custom image prints that let us make our own crazy limited editions.
Edit: if you zoom in a LOT into that controller, the added details seem to be just stickers. Zoom into the edge and you will see the uneven bump in the edges.
Fun fact: The Japanese name for the Yakuza series translates to "Like a Dragon" so there you go.
I have this game on Steam and it's great. When I'm done with classes this term I'll definitely try to finish it. Almost done with chapter 4.
@XBontendo Yeah, it's one of those fun Japanese wordplays. It's a series reboot, and the subtitle.....is just the series' original title.
Of course in Japan an aisle of boxes in the store that say "Yakuza" may not have been a smart move.... Especially in the 90's.
@NEStalgia I largely agree, though the first game wasn't released until 2005 in Japan. That said, I have no idea how much perspective towarda yakuza may have changed in that time, so the time difference may be irrelevant
Excuse me that isn't just a crayfish, it's Nancy-Chan
