We've seen a lot of custom controller designs for the Xbox Series X since its release this past November, but this new design based on the upcoming release of The Medium is surely the best yet.
As revealed by Twitter user and Twitch partner Stallion83, the controller was provided to him as part of some promotional materials for the game, which releases with Xbox Game Pass next Thursday, January 28th.
Unfortunately, like the vast majority of custom Xbox Series X controller designs thus far, there appears to be no way of actually purchasing one of these things, so we're all just going to have to admire it from afar.

Xbox really knock it out of the park with controller designs. Looking forward to when they relaunch the design lab, might just treat myself to one.

It's actually AimControllers, not directly MS that have done this controller.
You can't buy it from their site though, so I imagine Blooper Team commissioned the design for promo reasons.
It’s getting really annoying that we can’t buy these kinds of things.
