I really didn't like Inquisition (even tho I enjoyed Origins and 2), so not too thrilled about this. But lets hope that they don't mess this up.
@LocalPenguin Prerendered, CGI, trailers, have never been indicative of game play. That's why they're garbage.
OMG, an actual video game being made by EA rather than just sports games and online multiplayer shooters? What year is it?!
I have reluctantly high hopes. On one hand, EA kind of destroyed Mass Effect. And they almost destroyed Dragon Age. And it's EA. But EA can make some absolute gems when they really want to (Mirror's Edge is one of the best game experiences out there.) This looks artistically different from past Dragon Age. And it's a sure bet it's not a turn based RPG given this (though the last 2 DA games barely were....and they were honestly a bit rough feeling.)
It looks like Fable meets Thief more than anything, which is kind of weird. But not necessarily bad.
@NEStalgia Yes! I said it gave me Dishonoured/Thief vibes. My friends didn't get it and I haven't seen that idea echoed anywhere else? Thanks for showing it isn't just me haha
