Feel like freshening up your gamerpic on Xbox One? You're in luck! Legendary developer Rare has added a selection of new gamerpics to the Xbox library from some of its most beloved games over the past 35 years.
As you can see from the image above, this includes the likes of Banjo and Kazooie, Conker from Conker's Bad Fur Day, and even the piñata from Viva Piñata! They're all available right now, and here's how you can apply them:
- Go to 'My profile' on the Xbox Guide
- Head to 'Customise profile'
- Go to 'Change my gamerpic'
- Make your choice!
In case you're wondering, these images are taken from the Rare All-Stars 35th Anniversary Collection artwork that was unveiled earlier this month, and as part of this, the company brought together a selection of tunes from its history that you can now listen to completely for free on Spotify.

OK Microsoft, so are you bringing Banjo-Kazooie and Viva Piñata back with games, right? RIGHT?
Whatever happend to the backgrounds that were supposed to be in the last alpha update?
Microsoft is literally sitting on DOZENS of dead franchises, and having to delay HALO may literally have ruined their launch. one game.

They should get Double Fine to to a new Banjo game. Rare could even help them, like they did with Battletoads.
Banjo-Kazooie should essentially be Microsoft's answer to Ratchet and Clank. i don't mean it should be the exact same kind of platformer, but it should be a franchise that we see once or twice a generation. and it shouldn't be a collectathon game. no one makes those anymore, something a little more...focused maybe?
These are weird looking..but I'm a sucker for anything Rare. I made my gamerpic Banjo already. Would be such a great surprise to see them revive Banjo Kazooie in some way. A remaster of the original games would be better than nothing!
