EA Sports has today revealed a selection of new features coming to FIFA 21 when it launches this October, as well as a brand-new trailer for the game which you can watch above.

A couple of the big new features concern VOLTA and Ultimate Team - the former, small-sided football mode is getting a Squads feature where you can team up in 5v5 online cooperative play, while FUT Co-Op will also allow you to join forces with a friend in FIFA Ultimate Team in Division Rivals and Squad Battles.

As for gameplay, new Agile Dribbling, Positioning Personality, Creative Runs and more result in "the most intelligent FIFA gameplay to date," while Career Mode also receives improvements in the form of a new Interactive Match Sim, revamped growth system, new ways to sign players and much more.

You can see a full rundown of these features over at the official FIFA 21 site (with more information to follow in August), and the game launches for Xbox One on October 9th - Series X date still to be announced.
